- If at anytime you
wish to purchase the auction software outright the purchase price will
be reduced by 50% of your previous twelve months software rental.

- One time expense.
- You will receive
any new versions released within six months of your purchase
date. For example if you purchase version 5 and five months
later we release version 6 you will receive version 6 free of
charge. However, if we release version 6 a year after you
purchased version 5 you would be subject to an upgrade fee
unless you have an active maintenance agreement.
The upgrade generally costs 35%-40% of the original purchase
price.
- You will receive
new releases to your current version free of charge. For example if
you purchase version 5.0 and we release versions
5.01,5.02,5.03, etc. you will be entitled to these updates
free of charge.
- Five
hours of phone technical support to be used in the first three
months (to get you started). Unlimited e-mail support for the first three months.
After three months phone support is available at $85/hour with
a minimum 1/4 hour charge per month. Limited e-mail technical support after three months.
- Optional
Maintenance Agreement. The maintenance agreement costs 30% of
the current Outright Purchase price, billed annually, and
provides the same benefits as our rental agreement.
