Personally identifiable data it collects, if any, MAY include my IP address, browser info, operating system info, regional & language settings, hardware/software info, referrer URL (the previously visited website), date/time, error info; also for videoconferencing the content of communications, connection quality, my location & time zone, voice, video, picture, name, title, email address, & company, in order to establish a connection over the Internet; also to facilitate & improve the provision of software updates, support, content, technological protection measures, & other services; also to share with third parties for statistical analysis and customer service; also to comply with legal requirement, protect Microsoft property and rights, & protect personal safety.
System settings, preferences, or commands it changes, if any, MAY include giving temporary control of my screen and/or device to Sandhills personnel in order to share the contents of my screen, videoconference, and/or solve a technical problem.
